Nature of service
Delhi Courtesans provides social introductions and companionship services only. All fees are for the companion's time and social company. Companions are independent adults who exercise their own judgement.
Data handling
Enquiries are transmitted over TLS and stored only as long as needed. We do not sell data or run third-party advertising trackers. Contact concierge@delhi-courtesanclub.com to exercise your data rights.
Bookings & cancellations
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a refundable deposit. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the engagement receive a full refund.
Conduct & discretion
Both parties are expected to maintain confidentiality. Photography, recording or sharing details of an engagement without written consent is prohibited.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of Delhi, India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
